Your satisfaction is important to us. We are happy to accept returns on saleable, unworn merchandise.

Item(s) purchased can be Return within 7 days from the date of receiving your shipment

Attached price tag must be intact on the dress, and RETURN LABEL card.

*Return policy does not include accessories

**We will cover all the fees for shipping your Return order inside Saud Arabia

Online returns process:

• Go to your account at www.vividflair.co.uk and choose “My Orders”
• Click on the “Return” icon at the top of the page
• Fill in the form and click on send
• Your request will be reviewed and will send you the Airway bell (AWB) within 48 hr
• The shipping company will arrange the pickup date
• After checking the items, the return process will proceed and refund within 48 hr

The return process may take up to 14 days from shipping date
